I'm 5' 4 3/4" and my goal weight was 128 but I lost another 8 pounds in "maintenance." I have a very small frame and, right now, I look best at 120 or just a little bit under. I'd like to gain a little weight back in muscle, but stay the same clothes size.0

I started a couple weeks ago, I am 5"3 and my starting weight was 136. My weight goal is 115-120. I am currently at 130. 6 weeks ago I was at 140, that was my weight at 8 months pregnant. I am excited at the lbs I've lost so far and I'm going keep on truckin! Feel free to add me, I'd love the motivation and cheering as well!! )0

5'5" tall /55 yrs. old /CW- 150 /GW- 130. I've lost 40lbs. in the last two years. It'll prob. take me another year, but I'm doing it.0

5'3" or 5'4" depending on who you ask , my goal is somewhere between 130 and 140, but I am completely flexible with finding a weight I am happy with. I have an extreme hourglass frame and I don't lose much off of my bust, so I want to make sure I do my body "justice", not just keep losing for the sake of losing. I figure once I am below 150 I will re-evaluate. Currently 166 .0

I'm 5'3 and currently weight about 230. I can't wait wait to get under 200 again, but would ideally like to get down to at least 160.0

Am on the cusp of 5'5" - currently @ 145 ish and want to be at 115 ish. But a healthy, toned 115.
It sure was easier putting it on than it is taking it off.0 -

I'm 5'4 and my goal is about 140lbs... But more important than my lbs-goal is that I feel comfortable and happy. I'd like to get back in shape and if I'll feel 100% happy with <145 than I'm fine, too :-) At the moment I'm 165lbs and it's not that I feel only "fat"... What I hate the most is that I'm so not in shape, not fit at all and in a bad condition... My main goal will be to be able running and cycling without the feeling my heart is bursting....0
