I'm 5' 4", my GW weight was 107 which I've been maintaining at for about two years (I stay between 105-110). My SW was 132, after gaining 10lbs in a year (I'm 45), and about 10 more slowly before that. I strength trained throughout (always have, but made sure not to get lax about it) and threw HIIT (interval cardio) in there at the end of the losing phase. I'm really petite-boned.0

I'm 5'3 and currently at 163. My ultimate goal is around 120. Not sure though how that will look for me since I have been around the 160s my whole adult life. I am bottom heavy so once I get the weight off I want to tone up!0

I am 5'4" and my goal weight is between 110 and 115, where I was several years ago. Now I'm starting from 145.0

5'5 and 120. I've never been anywhere close to that, so I figure it's the lighter end of my height range, but wow, would THAT be nice for a change! :happy:0

I'm 5'5 and my primary goal is 130. Currently, I fluctuate between 140 & 135. Ideally, I would like to shoot for 125 but right now that seems insurmountable. 130 or less should be satisfying.0

5'4" started at 218 and I really really want to be around 125, but I would settle for looking hot in a dress by Sept even if the number doesn't match.0

I'm 5'3.5". My goal is 142 because it will put me in the healthy category on the BMI. But I'm thinking anywhere in the low 130's is the ultimate because I am so close to 142 now.0

My CW is 260. I am not sure of what my UGW is but right now I am focused on getting down to 180 and seeing what I look like. My ULTIMATE GOAL is to get down to 12-15% body fat. Whatever number I have to be there I suppose.0

Hi! I'm 5'4", SW (and heaviest weight) 163, CW 148, GW is 140, and I will see what happens when I get there! Had a 2-year fitness absence due to grad school, am now starting to go back to the gym, also got some workout DVD's to throw myself into getting back into shape! MFP has done wonders for me! I'm 5ft 3" my SW was 145lbs I am down to 124lbs my GW is between 110 - 114lbs
I'm focused on measurement too as I really want to get my fitness levels back up and tone up all over0 -
I'm 5'4, currently 143 looking to get down to 122lbs. The lowest I've ever been was 118lbs which looked a little too thin to me.0

im 5'2 and my first goal was 115 but now that ive made it ive changed my goal to 105 which is still within my healthy range0

I am curvy, and I have always been a larger frame. I have gone from around 140lbs to 177lbs now. It was a lot higher than this before, but this was due trying to compete with the men in my office (I am in IT) with take away foods! Although 140lbs still sounds a lot, I was getting very thin, but I have large breasts and a heavy frame, not really helping my weight at all. My waist used to be 26 inch but now is a staggering 34 inch and my bust and waist were 36 inch and are now 4inch! So not very happy with this.
However, I would love to be 140lbs again, however for the time being, I would love to just be 160lbs! I feel more comfortable at this weight and is a reasonable goal to strive for.0 -
