Will exercising less make me gain weight?

So I've lost 23 lbs so far I've been going to the gym and exercising at home. I had all the time to do that since It's summer. But now school's starting and I don't have enough time! But I'll still go to the gym and get more or less 60 mins of cardio (before was 100+ mins cardio). Many said if you stop something, it will lead to rapid weight gain. Is it true? Can I still continue losing weight even though I exercise less?

It's %80 diet and %20 exercise- so just eat really healthy and you should be fine. Do alot of walking to your classes.0

You might need to reduce calories slightly, assuming they were increased to match the exercise.0
