I'm 5'5" goal is 135 but mostly depend how I look and feel..don't want to look too skinny so def will gain muscle

I'm 5'-5" my first goal is to at least get down to 148 (-60lbs from my highest) which will put me into healthy weight zone, and then I will go off of BF% after that, which might be another 10-15lbs down?0

5'4 Just started on MFP a week ago at 131. Cw 128. Gw 119 tho would be happy with 125 if it was muscle! Was 112 getting married which was quite thin,but do have a small frame0

I am 5'3" and my goal weight is 140. I've never weighed below 175 that I can remember so I'm just guessing that 140 is a good goal! I weight 190 now and was 245 at my heaviest. Wow...I've never told anyone that before!0

I'm 5'4. My goal right now is 135, but my trainer thinks 125, so I'll see how I feel when I get to 135.0

I started out at 238, but for some reason it won't show that on here and will display my current weight as my starting weight.
I'm now at 218 and want to first get down to 162 by August. I know that sounds crazy and impossible, but I want to do it before I ship off to military school in the fall. Realistically I want 180, but I know I won't be completely satisfied.
In the long run I would love to weigh around 145 or so.

I am 5'4" and my CW is 125. GW is 107 as I was between 107-109 for most of my adult life, until I had kids! I know 107 seems like a low number, but I have a very petite frame and once I hit 110 I am just going to work on toning/muscle/maintaining.

Hi..I would love to be 135 to 140 size 5/6..that was my size last summer
I keep my smaller clothes out for inspiration. Right now my weight has ballooned to

I'm 5' 4" with medium build, but I have muscle. I'm currently 147 wearing size 4. Stil have a spare tire so I'm going to try and get down to 130-135.
I've been 122 with out muscle/working out and was sick all the time!!! I'd rather eat more, workout and weigh more. It's not all about what the scale says----it's about how you feel!

5'5 and I'm not really sure..... my goal is to be a size 8. I'm a size 14 now. I have big legs... I want to have a flat stomach.. toned legs & arms. Maybe 160lbs?? I stay away from scales & never really knew how much I weighed when I was a size 8. Even now I'm really not worried about weight just how I look & feel.0

I'm lifting weights, just starting New Rules Of Lifting for Women. I may change my goal weight as I add more muscle. 135 - 140 would make me happy I think, but we'll see when I get there.0 -

I am 5'2 and I currently weight 206 and I am pushing for 150-160, I am very shapely and look really good at that weight. All of the charts say I should be 105 that is insane, I would look like a bobble head.0

Its definitely how you feel and its amazing how different everyone's body shapes and builds are even at the same height.
I've seen women look slim, strong and toned at 160lbs and also at 105lbs
We should all support each other in being happy, healthy and toned.
To give you an example I have only recently started exercising again after 3 years (long story) that along with a small frame meant that at 135lbs I looked much heavier and at 124lb still have a way to go
