    Wow! You look Awesome!!!! Did you not worry about your carb intake? You just watches your calories? I am not sure what to watch. I try to do low calories and low carbs.
    Thank you and I've tried both and so far low cal has worked better as all carbs aren't bad for your body according to my doctor.
