I have made a collage with pictures of my changes. I update It every so often. When I go back and look at it I see what I have accomplished and know that I have to keep fighting and I can do this!0

Weigh myself everyday so I can see when I'm getting off track.0

Not slipping back into old BAD habits - ie. too much chocolate.
Accepting that the changes I've made to the way I eat and exercise have to be for life, or I will put weight right back on again - AGAIN!0 -

Log everything I eat and make sure I'm under on the calories. I stay focused on that and give myself pep talks/verbal beat-downs if I go over......"C'mon man....you can DO this...don't tell me your arms are so weak you can't push away from the table !!"...that kind of thing...;o)0

Log every day, set fitness goals, not just weight goals - and remember that, in Texas, bikini season lasts for at least 6 months out of the year.
