Wow you look fantastic ..... how did you get your arms so toned ? I can't seem to shift the bingo wings no matter what I do x

Aww thanks so much. I do shoulder presses, arm curls, tricep pull downs, bench press, tricep dips. Anything I can really!! I work my arms hard!! And its worked well :-) Still got a bit of bingo wing-age to go.. but I am cracking on it hard! xx

In 2010 I was between 190-200. I started calorie counting in February 2011 @ 204lbs... no pics from then, I am amazing at hiding from cameras. Today I am 146lbs .0 -
wow how have you done it? im a beginner and struggling a bit, any pointers? x
For me it was increased protein and decrease carbs. Especially recently. I focus a lot on constant eating, so little meals 5-6 times per day high in protein and fiber. Chicken, Salmon, Shrimp then pair with something with some carbs ( cause your body needs them) like whole wheat pasta or some broccoli. The key is to eat foods that don't cause your insulin levels to spike all over the place and make your body want to store food instead of using it0 -
I started with MFP over a year ago, and I lost around 75lbs. I broke my ankle and am still recovering. I have gained about 25lbs back since my fall and I just this week have returned to my workouts and to MFP.
Feels good to be back and thank you everyone for being such motivation for me!

Wow! Everyone has changed so much and looks fantastic!! It's so inspiring and motivating seeing the pics. Here's mine: I am 5'5" and I was 266 in the before and 165 in the after. I have lost about 12 lbs since then.
