    Here is mine...

My big photo is from back in November/December (cant remember exactly when it was :S)
My slim photo is from last weekend :-)

Wow you look fantastic ..... how did you get your arms so toned ? I can't seem to shift the bingo wings no matter what I do x

Not that you had bingo wings .... I would like to add..... but arms are much more toned :o) x

Aww thanks so much. I do shoulder presses, arm curls, tricep pull downs, bench press, tricep dips. Anything I can really!! I work my arms hard!! And its worked well :-) Still got a bit of bingo wing-age to go.. but I am cracking on it hard! xx

I love your arms! I want my arms to look like that! Well done! x

Here is just a face shot of from where I started to where I am now. I have a little to go still and once I hit my goal I'll have to update this again :)

Started at 287, down to 220 or so on the right hand side, weighed in this morning at 210. 20lbs to go for the first goal of 190 :)

In 2010 I was between 190-200. I started calorie counting in February 2011 @ 204lbs... no pics from then, I am amazing at hiding from cameras. Today I am 146lbs :D.

For me it was increased protein and decrease carbs. Especially recently. I focus a lot on constant eating, so little meals 5-6 times per day high in protein and fiber. Chicken, Salmon, Shrimp then pair with something with some carbs ( cause your body needs them) like whole wheat pasta or some broccoli. The key is to eat foods that don't cause your insulin levels to spike all over the place and make your body want to store food instead of using it ;)

I started with MFP over a year ago, and I lost around 75lbs. I broke my ankle and am still recovering. I have gained about 25lbs back since my fall and I just this week have returned to my workouts and to MFP.

Feels good to be back and thank you everyone for being such motivation for me!
