What's for breakfast?!

3/4 C. Bran Flakes
1.5oz Blueberries
1/2 C. Almond Breeze original unsweetened almond milk
Plain greek yogurt
1 prune
2 cups of coffee w/ creamer.0 -
I usually have a YoCrunck greek Yogurt Parfait with strawberries or blueberries.
On Saturdays, sometimes my husband or I will cook scrambled eggs and turkey sausage.
If I'm running low on groceries, I'll grab a Special K protien meal bar.
Of course, on busy mornings I've been known to just have a glass of milk and then have a larger lunch... I've never been a really big breakfast person.0 -
I eat the same thing for breakfast every day (my trainer got me on it).
The night before I mix the following in a container and put it in the fridge for morning:
1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese
1/3 cup of Quaker quick oats (uncooked)
100g of fat free flavoured yogurt (I use cherry)
2 tsp of ground flax seed
By morning it is a great consistency and tastes fantastic. Even my husband who does not like cottage cheese now eats it. It keeps you full and is super easy to make.

I had a egg-fried-rice & peas wrap this morning... well, 2 actually, it was very yummy and I'm still super full...!0
