Need Support

Hey My Name is Anthony,

I started MFP at 224 lbs and lost my 1st 10 lbs in a week...

I woke up yesterday and I had GAINED weight 216.6..

So This Morning I weight again and I was 216.4

I am eating any where between 1200-1400 cal. a day and it's all healthy food.

What Am I doing wrong!!!??!!

Edit: I updated My Settings so you can see my diary... and try to find what I am doing wrong!!!

    Bumb.. Down 2 lbs... Maybe it was just fluctation

    Don't be discouraged by daily fluctuations. That can happen because of food choices, including too much salt, poor carbs and I'm sure other things. I am not an expert but I believe that you will have success if you stay on course. Good Luck!

    Try not to get discouraged. Drink lots of water, and keep on doing what you are doing. Don't stop believing that you can do it!!
