Some things are
Eggs, fresh greens (I love arugula) any veggie more colors the better! Avocado, Hummus, tofu, Arnold 100cal deli thins, Greek yogurt, Almond coconut milk, Kashi cereals, cottage cheese, string cheese, whatever fruit is on sale, chicken, pork, fish (i live by a marina so its usually fresh!!), nuts and skinny cow ice cream for dessert! I really want to go to the grocery store after reading everyone else's lists! My staples include:
pantry:
Crystal Light (peach and raspberry iced tea flavors)
Special K whole wheat crackers or All-Bran multi-grain crackers
Honey Bunches of Oat with almonds
sugar free peanut butter
low sodium tomato sauce
pickled jalapenos
brown rice
rice noodles
low sodium soy sauce
crushed red pepper flakes
sesame oil
Sriracha sauce
fresh:
sliced ham
pepperoni
skim-milk mozzarella
skim milk
low-fat yogurt
Smart Balance Light margarine
wheat tortillas
whole wheat or light english muffins
bananas
apples
pears
peaches or nectarines
bell peppers
celery
garlic
ginger root
frozen:
peas
green beans
broccoli
I occasionally buy Healthy Choice meals if they're on sale - not too often because of the high sodium. The kung pao steamer one is good!0 -
Almonds (Been eating the cocoa dusted ones lately...mmm)
Tomato Juice
String Cheese
Soy Milk
Tuna
Chicken
Peppers
Eggs
Shredded Cheese
Celery
Laughing Cow Cheese
Mushrooms

Great thread!
Bananas
Avocados, avocados, oh and avocados
Almond Milk
Gold Peak Iced Tea
Eggs
Chicken and more chicken
Steak/Ground Beef
Whole Wheat Bread
Frozen Pizza (I get organic or all natural ingredients)
Blueberries and Strawberries
Asparagus
Frozen veggies (corn, spinach, brocolli, peppers)
Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
Organic Frozen Meals - just a few for lunch at work for when I don't have dinner left overs
And a new a different veggie to mix up dinner
That's just about my standard list. Everything else is whatever I need for a recipe or what I'm craving that week ^_^0
