      Congratulations! I have PCOS as well - your post is inspirational! Doctors have been telling me for years that I have to loose weight and get fit and at the same time that it's very hard to do so. Thank you for posting!

      Congratulations! I have PCOS as well - your post is inspirational! Doctors have been telling me for years that I have to loose weight and get fit and at the same time that it's very hard to do so. Thank you for posting!
      My first doctor told me to get under 200 lbs first. Which really would have been ideal. The next doctor suggested an initial goal of 10% before we started medication, but with the understanding that if I got pregnant at that weight, I would have to be very vigilant with my diet while pregnant.

      This was 10% weight lost and no fertility meds.

      Timing is not what we would have chosen (Daycare for three will be over $1000 a month) BUT we're thankful anyway. God knows what he's doing.
