Where did my plump butt go?

Since I am at the point where I need to start toning because I am 1lbs from my goal weight. I noticed my butt is flat and not "plump" like it use to be.. I miss that. (Pants are just not fitting tight in the butt area like I want them to haha) With that being said, I am trying to find exercises that will "plump" my butt up! Any suggestions/excercises would be great :) Thanks!
