This will be my third attempt! Ha! I am doing day 1 (again) today and really need motivation to keep it up this time. I promised myself I would do it to day 10 before even considering quitting. My problem is that I get really bored with doing the same routine every single day. Blah. But I need something to add to my daily burn and I already own the DVD.... so I am giving it a try one more time.0

Started level 1 day 1 yesterday for my 3rd or 4th time also
Done it last year and after 9 days felt a difference, so hoping this time i can actually get the full 30 days in

i have the dvd sat there and i haven't started it yet. all i think is "i wish it was day 31 and i'd already done it" ARGH. stupid motivation has gone on a jog without me again0

Day 6 for me today!
I did 3 days of level 1 and then moved on to level 2.
I don't want to get bored so I'll be moving around the levels for the duration of the program0 -

Whats the plan for 30 day shred? Can I suggest lets do a 2 weeks shred untill the end of June and then do another one for 30 days in July if we complete the 2 weeks successfully. Just my opinion, if anyone agrees? Would be doing anything differently for the shred period?0

For those of you who don't have the DVD. I found it on YouTube. All 3 levels. That's what I've been using! Just search Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred Level 1 or what ever level you're on.0

I literally just did the level 1 and day 1 right now and still sweating:)) Anyone knows how many calories in one session you burn, nothing coming up in mfp. I have entered as Aerobics low impact. I guess this should be alright.0

I am in! I have also had a few times where I started it and just dropped off. My wedding reception is in about 40 days so I have to let that be my motivation! I'm so glad I have all of you to keep me motivated too!0

I did one day of it but then physically couldn't move the next day as my muscles were SO swelled up and painful. Starting it again tomorrow, hopefully they won't hurt so easily this time, as I didn't even do the full 20 minutes last time!0
