Okay, dumb question, you don't do the pudding and cool whip do you?

This is SO easy and always a hit! It's also fun to watch people's faces when you tell them how to make it...Blows their minds!

Mix and bake according to box directions in 13x9 pan:
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in natural juice, no sugar added
1 box dry angelfood cake mix (Don't add any of the other listed ingredients on the box.)

    Let it cool.

Top with a layer of fat free/sugar free vanilla pudding. (I use a little less milk to make it thicker.)
Top pudding with a layer of light cool whip. (About one container)
Top with berries. (I used strawberries, blackberries and blueberries)

Adults, kids, healthy eaters, not-so-healthy eaters ALL loved this!

Do you have estimate servings per cake, and calorie per serving? It sounds really good...and one more question..do you put this in a regular cake pan?

I punched in the numbers and if you cut it into 12 pieces.. its 203 calories a slice. IM IN!

I made this last night, and today I'm going to top it with the whipped cream and strawberries before Father's Day lunch. I just wanted to say that for the angel food cake mix, if you put all of it into a 13x9" pan, it will probably overflow... I had to remove about 1.5 cups of the mixture before baking it and it was still up to the rim of the pan... Just an FYI for anyone going to try this. I will comment again later after I taste it and see how it goes over at lunch.

Haha okay, It was a stupid question, my husband had to point it out to me that you use both the pudding and the cool whip. I ran out of time, so I just used the cool whip and it was a hit!!
