The Most Unhealthy and Disgusting Cupcake

I agree with you that it sounds gross, but these days, bacon is the new-a-while-ago trendy thing, so anything with a ton of calories and sugar that they can add to it tends to sell. *shrug* Eh--I want to really enjoy my calories, so I eat organic chocolate and smartpuffs and that sort of thing, and I don't waste it on junk calories that would give me less pleasure for the intake. Everyone's mileage may vary, but then again, a lot of us are not super healthy, sadly.0

Bacon doesn't even taste that good. *prepares for overload of hate* Lol it's okay I suppose, it's just overrated...I'd rather have a nice steak, or some shrimp. Plus I hear that it's not the healthiest thing in the world for you, ha.0

peanut butter bacon cake batter ice cream
Be still my beating heart!
Oh, your heart will be still if you have too many.

When I was a kid, my mom used to save the bacon grease in a can on the stove. One morning, I looked in there and a mouse had fallen in, drowned and was suspended in the solidified grease. I haven't really liked bacon grease since then.0

This is a winner! It may be unhealthy, but every once in a while you need to have a little fun with your food and as everyone knows, everything goes with bacon.:laugh:0
-
I want one, and a Burger King bacon sundae to go with it!0
-
Looks like it tastes like...guilt. I'll use my calories on food that makes me feel good about myself - before, during, and after the meal.
So your sense of self-worth is dependent on the food you eat?0 -
Sorry, but the idea of peanut butter + bacon makes me iffy. I love bacon in various forms, and I love peanut butter, but I'm hesitant on this one.
EDIT: And there's the whole "bacon grease" thing. *shudder* No thanks.
My family cooks eggs in bacon grease. My grandmother as old fashioned as she is actually keeps a coffee mug of bacon grease on her stove to use to cook various things instead of butter. :noway: I love bacon, but if I knew I was eating something cooked in bacon grease I don't think I could eat it.
She also puts ham or bacon in green beans to cook, YUCK!0 -
Speaking of peanut butter and breakfast foods though, my hubby eats peanut butter on his pancakes. :huh:0

I'd have had to at least take one teeny tiny bite just to "see" how awesome it could be!! Adding a dab of chocolate wouldn't hurt any either!!

Your folks from the south? My grandma and others do the same thing. Oh and me too...0 -

I save all my bacon grease too. I strain it and keep it in the fridge. It makes some great steaks and amazing to sautee veggies in. Its not that different from using butter or another animal fat. Its around 40 calories a tsp and you never use that much.0 -
On one hand, it sounds good, but on the other hand, the whole pb and bacon reminds me too much of dog treats. I don't know if I could go there.0
-
Yup that is the one I had! SOOOOO good! Love VooDoo - luckily I live about 3 hours away so I don't get to go there often.0 -
Sounds bloody yum!0
-
That sounds vile.0

I think this is an all new low for unhealthy, I saw a penust butter and bacon cupcake for sale. It is the bacon grease in the cupcake and bacon bits in the frosting. I will pass on that, I would have never eaten this even before switching to a healthy diet.
I'm with you on this one, sounds disgusting lol0 -
<--- came for the bacon. Stayed for the peanut butter.
lolololol.
me too.0 -
Not being funny, that that turns my stomach :sick:0
