    Thanks!! I owe it all to MFP and the support from my friends & family. I really feel that everyone can do this!

    As for the cigarettes, it's my next goal. I want them gone by the end of August.

    When I lost that dreaded 70 lbs, I purchased a weight vest - 70lbs...lol
    I wear it when I take walks for exercise and to feel just what I was carrying around as a fat guy.
