Milk - Nonfat (fat free or skim)
    Coffee - Brewed from grounds
Milk - Whole, 3.25% milkfat (2 Tbs must go in my coffee)
    ON Protein Shake Natural Whey
    Blueberries - Raw
    Fresh - Romaine Lettuce
    Nuts - Almonds
    Strawberries - Raw
    Bananas - Raw
Low Fat Cottage Cheese 1% Milkfat Small Curd

A little misleading, because I switch brands a lot and I don't always log things like eggs or egg whites under the same entry. I'd say that eggs/ whites should be on the list as should Greek yogurt, broccoli and apples.

I can't seem to find the report on Firefox or IE but I'm guessing that since I switched my eating patterns:

    Eggs
    Bacon
    Butter/100% Animal Fat
    Nimbin Cheese
    Spinach/Leafy greens
    Minced Beef/Lamb/Chicken/etc
    Steak
    Tinned Tuna
Fresh Salmon (edit ... nah, looks good but it's not that often ... it's Onions :))
    Wine

Before the switch it would be more like:

Bread of varying types, wholegrain preferred
    Potatos
    Pasta, wholegrain
    Vegemite
    Minced Beef/Lamb/Chicken/etc
    Nimbin Cheese
    Tea with 2 sugars
    Tinned Tuna
Those god-awful poxy rice cake things covered in various 'hot sauces' laced with sugar to snack on because I was still bloody hungry ... sigh ...
    Wine
