Canadian/American.. I have dual citizenship because I'm awesome! Heritage wise I'm Dutch Canadian on my Dad's side and English, Irish and German American on my Mom's side. I was born in Canada so I guess that makes me more Canadian than anything else :)

English born, emigrated to Aus 7 years ago after meeting my Aussie OH in Cyprus and now a dual citizen.

I happily forget the Aussie side if there is a sporting event on between England and Aus though.

    Nationality? Canadian.

Ethnicity? Officially, it is 1/2 Dutch, 1/4 Danish, and 1/4 unconfirmed (my paternal grandmother was adopted). Unofficially, we believe said adopted grandma was, herself, half Ukrainian (she was from the prairies, here in Canada. LOTS of Ukrainians), and the other half was most likely something from the British Isles, probably Scottish or Welsh. Also unofficially, my maternal grandmother on my Dutch side, while officially just Dutch, had very dark hair and a pale, but olive, skin tone. In the summer, with a tan, you could swear she was of a Mediterranean background. She was from Rotterdam, and given the history of the Netherlands, it's possible that I have Spanish and/or Indonesian blood from her.
