    And they tell me I ought to cut back on my workouts. Gee, I really enjoy them! Guess I'l have something to talk t my doctor about next month. :happy:

    my real age is 57.9;
    a difference of +1.9.

    Difference is 4.6 years.

    Good thing the longer you eat right and exercise and the closer you get to your goal weight the younger you get. Hopefully by this time next year I'll be 27 instead of 37.

    I've always said age is a number, and that's it! A count of how many laps around the sun. Life has so many better ways to be measured. We are all young if we believe it.

    Says I need to take Vit E. I was taking it last year until my doc frightened me off it. He said it was linked to heart failure.

    Heard you have to be taking a hell of a lot to be concerned. A lot more than the 400 IU a day.

    Yucky! Got docked serious points in the 'relationships' catagory and for not eating enough carbs (but I'm insulin resistant, hehe). I also do not do enough strength training and neglect my muscles.... okay that part is really true. :ohwell:
