    but daughter likes it under, so we constantly have paper wars in her bathroom. I flip it over when i go in there and she'll turn it back under when she does.

    I have 3 kids and I do not agree! I say over!! I have OCD though lol by now my kids know better :laugh:

    I don't care either way, as long as I have tissue in my bathrooms then I am satisfied, under or over or just sitting on the sink counter. Just make sure there is tissue present at all times LOL
