      Definitely UNDER!!

      You don't have to touch the roll when it's under to pull the tp and get what you need. If it's over you do...yuck for the next person. :/

      Nope, learned to sleepwalk to the bathroom and have a husband who is fanatic about putting the lid down, so if the lid goes down so does the seat. No worries for this woman in the dark.
