I love old school Star Wars and BSG. Trek is for basement dwellers.

Let's just remember that Gene Roddenbury did it first, mkay?!

Has anyone mentioned Babylon 5... gotta love a good story arc!

FINALLY!!! Now THIS is a great story. Loved it more then BSG, Star Wars or any of those others. I did love soe Firefly also though. Sad it was so short. I didnt like Star Trek till I saw the New movie and then went back and watched every episode of every season and moved on to every other sci fi show. On stargate atlantas now and its ok. Loved Star Gate. ... and who doesnt love Trip from Enterprise. HOT HOT but still Babylon 5 wins handsdown!

    1. Star Trek
    2. Star Wars (old ones)
    3. SGU (How I miss SGU! Syfy sucks for picking smackdown over this great show!)

SGU,SG1, SGA...all great shows, can't watch SyFy anymore (unless Warehouse 13 is on....)

    1) Original Star Wars with Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, and Carrie Fisher
    2) Star Trek Next Generation with Patrick Stewart, Brent Spiner, Jonathon Frakes, and Lemar Burton
    3) Original Battlestar Galactica with Lorne Greene, Richard Hatch, and Dirk Benedict

    Loved 'em all.

I have been watching BSG,(new) on Netflix, as well as Star Trek TNG. They are both good, and while Star Wars is a great movie I am thinking Firefly beats them all.

    Hahaha...nope. Just you.

I did like NPH in it, though. In his post-Doogie, pre-How I Met Your Mother days.

    Or Spaceballs?

All Star Trek for me. My 11 yr old heart was broken when Spock died in Wrath of Khan, and I wanted a pet Tribble. Geek from birth here.

Although, I think Firefly definitely should be in the running. And perhaps not in the caliber of these others, but I liked the other Roddenberry series, Andromeda.
