    6 egg whites
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup oatmeal
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon

Put all in blender and process until smooth. Makes about 10 pancakes, using 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Yield; 3 servings.
Nutritional info per serving (3 pancakes):
    Calories: 181
    Fat: 2.7 grams
    Cholesterol: 20 mg
    Sodium: 361 mg
    Carbs: 20 g
    Fiber 2.8 g

These are absolutely delicious and filling.
Going to give this a try. Think I'll use splenda instead of sugar, though. Thanks!

Just wanted to say thanks to the OP. I tried these pancakes and LOVE them. I have eaten them for breakfast the last 3 days after my workout. So good, and SO filling. I tweaked the recipe a tiny bit. I used 6T of liquid eggs (will probably use regular eggs just because I need the extra calories and have them in the fridge now.), 2 packets of cinnamon high fiber oatmeal (uncooked) and added a splash of sugar free vanilla creamer. I didn't use the cinnamon because of the flavoring in the oatmeal but did use the sugar. Tasted really good. I also just use some PB and a little bit of jelly on them instead of syrup. Thanks, again.
