Stress Eating.

I am a big ball of stress right now for different reasons. When I am stressed, I eat. I am trying really hard to not eat because I know I am not hungry, just stressed. What are somethings that you do when you are stress so you don't eat?
I need ideas! Thanks!

    Exercise! I try and take it out on the machine or pavement instead.

    I eat baby carrots or a cucumbers something with a satisfying crunch!

    When I first started, I didn't keep anything temping in the house. I also just learned to suck it up and realize that I was stress eating and I needed to knock it off.

    I eat when I am stressed also. When I am stressed I will have a snack (Cliff bar, oatmeal, fruit) and than I'll go for a run. It helps me clear my head and relieve the stress!
