Previously, I usually counted it as part of my daily goal so I'd stay within it. Although, that got really hard really fast! I really love beer and wine, but I let it get away from me and I gained weight big time. For now, I'm staying away from it, simply because it's easier--not to mention cheaper--to just not drink it at all. I haven't given it up completely, but if I let myself have it I just get carried away. Not to mention, it makes the process of losing weight that much more difficult for me. I look at it this way: I'm saving money AND I'm using calories to feed my muscles what they need.0
