Have a great day everyone--I look forward to this challenge. Lets loose weight!
:flowerforyou:

I just realized that I put my weight in wrong--Hmmm I guess I ought to fix it! Make sure I didn't make any other errors. Now it really is going to matter!!

Sounds good, I hope I will have a loss.

I got this past week out of my system, B-day during the week, and my fiancee took me (surprise) to niagara falls this past weekend. Visited the falls, went to the casino, and had a great view from the Keg on the 9th floor over looking the falls for dinner.

Just say, it was bad all over, and it's done.. Out of my system. I weigh the same I did last week, so that's ok..

I had a couple of beers, and even joked saying.. "oh this is what it taste like", been a while since I had a beer.

I'm disappointed in myself. I got a tony littles rock and roll stepper delivered to me and haven't used it yet:blushing: and then today I was planning on going for a run because its been nice here in MN for a change. Well, that never happen either. Dang it. I know I over ate today and just grrrr im so frustrated.

Tomorrow I'm going to log and dang it im going to run atleast a mile if not more and burn some calories. I have like 20lbs to go I can do this. Or so I hope so.

Great job everyone getting in the weights! We are ready to start the challenge when I hear from Visualize This team. I will check their thread in a few mins to see if there is anything on there about the challenge.

tttthumper - glad your back in the game! Sometimes we just need a few days off.

j_g4ever - no more excuses! You know what you need to do! Schedule workout time and make it a priority. You can definitely do this. Also, your team is counting on you now

Tonight I have a boxing class that is sure to get my heart pumping. Can't wait! Last night I stuck to my plan at the birthday party I attended... hamburger without the bun and a salad. However, I did have one piece of the cookie cake. It put me over a bit but I'm going to take it easy with food today to make up for it.

    Keep on truckin' Blues!

    Mornin all

I didi not get my workout in before work this mornin because I had to take hubby to work at 2am. I did not want him riding him motorcycle in this awful rain (we only have one truck and two motorcycles). I will get something in tonight before we sit down to watch NCIS. I will try again tomorrow to start my mornin workout routine :drinker:

    Go Blues!

I'm so pumped, this is the kick in the butt I needed. And it's great that it's right around the holidays, when it's easier to overeat.

So this morning I didn't wake up on time to go to the gym in the AM like I usually do. But, I'm going to pop in a DVD while my baby sleeps. I have Jillian Michaels, P90x. Lot's of choices, and no excuse to not exercise.

    Have a beautiful day everyone!

If it is ok, I would really like to rejoin the blue team. I have decided to get back on track. I am back at the gym and I have started to log the food. I am hoping to see some results with the additional motivation from the blue team. I have seen the scale starting to slide upward and I definitely don't want that!

I have the new chart up and running on the challenge board! Welcome dawn back to the blues! I fixed my weight and added Dawns to the new one so it is a little different...

Taradise, do you know how the challenge rules will effect new comers? I figured dawn was fine as we are just starting, but in the future if we add someone in--I would figure I would make their weight loss zero for the week so as to not effect the percentage of the team--or do they want us to close our groups??

I had a great day yesterday--I only ate two cookies which is an amazing feat. I also made fresh bread--oooh so yummy! I only ate two pieces. I felt very good!! Normally I could polish off a whole loaf of fresh hot whole wheat bread. :embarassed: I was very proud that I was able to limit myself!!:drinker: :flowerforyou: :glasses:

Lets keep up the good work!

I hope that I can show losses - it seems for me I only lose 1 week out of a month...been that way for about 5 months...I can promise you I will do everything I can....

last night was my strength night so I did my hour of weights class but decided to work harder - I stayed for an hour step class too! Step was fun - be even better when I am more coordinated. burned over 750 calories.

    Got to drink water!

I am thinking of tweeking my plans since I am soo not a morning person. I might try doing the shred plus 20 minutes of my Wii fit plus 20 minutes of my golds gym cardio for wii at night while the guys watch tv. I don't know I am still debating it.

Smadag - do whatever you can to get it in - I RARELY exercise in the morning because I hate mornings so much but I must say the mornings I do I do feel great after...

Can you add me to the chart, pleaseeee??? :flowerforyou: :blushing: I'm at 238. Phew. I'm the biggest on the team. Eep. :indifferent:

But, I like this being accountable to the team thing ... maybe it'll make me push a little bit harder. I'm off to elliptical for 20 minutes right now! I'm doing 20 minutes after work, too. Then off to the store and headed home to make a steak and a Weight Watchers recipe: candied sweet potatoes and pineapple. I'm trying it out to see if it would be a good Thanksgiving replacement for sweet potato casserole.

Would any of you be interested in posting what you ate from day-to-day? I need help with meal ideas! And critiques on what I am currently eating. Maybe?? :flowerforyou:

You are officially on the chart. I got your message right after I posted the last one. You will be visible next week... hopefully that is ok.

I have added you as a friend so you can look at my diary. I don't know if it will help but I think it makes a difference to see what other people eat and calorie counts. I look at Chrissys and sani's on occasion just for ideas--hope you guys don't mind. :blushing:

Chrissy--just keep up what you are doing and don't stress about it--you know what stress can do! We need your support the most. I know we can blow the other teams out of the water. We have the greatest support group!! I am not going to let our team down!

Great to see some more people joining our challenge!!! I love all the motivation!!

debnu1 - I think you have the right idea about the new comers. The first week they join the challenge will be there initial weight and the loss would be 0 - to be fair. The more the merrier!! OH and I so noticed all the other teams were totally jealous of our awesome Beautiful Blues weight chart!!

Everyone keep doing what your doing!! We all know what we need to do.

Chrissy - just do what you do. We all know the weight changes from week to week.... I don't expect my loss to be big each week either. Maybe we won't always be the challenge winner for the week - but maybe we can win the overall 12 week challenge. Either way the motivation will keep us going and that's the point!

lcorrell14 - I'll send you a friend request. Feel free to check out my diary anytime.

Tonight I doubled up on classes - did a circuit training class then a boxing class. I was sweating like a crazy person!!

Let's get 'em Blues!! We can totally do this!! Every sweat drop counts!!!!

I just got done with my second elliptical workout for the day - a bit early. And I actually went an extra 5 minutes during my first workout. When I hit the 20 minute mark, I had this weird feeling of peace... lol... nothing was burning anymore, I felt GOOD. It feels SO good to be back on here. Thanks for the friend requests, debnu and Taradise. :flowerforyou:

Chrissy - it's all good!! You amaze me, anyway. Even if you lose once a month. Look at you! Wow!

alright i have another question. I'm starting to get a sore throat which in turn means I'm most likely getting sick. :explode: What I normally do is drink sunny D as this is the only OJ that I can handle and I drink a lot we are talking about 2 big bottles of it a day. (only time I like the crap) any hints on what I can do so I don't use as much calories however get healthy before this sucker gets too bad??

Jess have you tried emergen-c - its a powder you put in like an ounce of water and drink - super dose of vitamin C my favorite is the Tangerine.

I do not have cheat days. If I can work something in, like dinner at Carrabbas, my favorite, I do! I rarely go over on calories....although this past weekend being at the beach is a different story! I am really scared to weigh--I may skip this weigh in too and just count it next week - better than showing a gain if that's the case....is that legal???

Ran 2.25 miles last night walked 3/4 then elliptical for 15 - 350 calories burned

j_g4ever- Saturdays are my day off and I eat whatever I want, but I still write down what I eat and I try to not go over my calories. Hope you feel better.

Happy veterans day everyone. I normally don't watch The Biggest loser because of school work, but I watched it last night and felt motivated to not have a nightly snack and to keep going on my weight loss journey.

Today my hubby is off work, and I still plan on going to the gym. It's also the last month of classes for my masters in computer science and I'm so pumped for it to end. It's the last hurdle.

Wish you guys a nice day!
