    Thanks everyone! I'm 5'6.5". I started exercising by walking and running. Don't give up. That's my only secret. I know how easy it is to give up after a few weeks. I looked at pictures, I read quotes, I talked to people...anything to stay motivated and NOT GIVE UP. There were months that I lost only a half a pound but I didn't give up. Trust me, it was frustrating at times. I came to this site, wrote, went for a walk, read, talk to a friend, did whatever I needed to to stay motivated. I made a list of why I want this...read it, add to it, reread it and believe it! If I can do this, you can do this!

    It took me exactly 2 years to shed the 90 pounds. I would still like to tone up a little now though but the bulk of it is behind me. Whew.

    I hope this answers some of the questions I've been getting.
