The kids had swimming lessons this evening and I got home from work a little earlier than planned. My wife asked if I wanted to go back to the gym and, my first response was "No, I've already been today" but then as soon as the word "No" escaped my lips, I thought "Why not go back and do a little more?"
A little more turned into ...
7.84 miles on the cycle this evening. I usually only do about 10 minutes or so at at time on the cycle, but I spent the whole 32-minute session on the bike tonight in a little bit of a change-up since I'd already gotten in my regular cardio workout this morning.
That now puts me at 84.382 miles down and 9.382 miles over my original goal of 75 miles ... and I still have another 9 days left to try to get closer to 100 miles.
PS: Thanks jonny and speedy for the positive responses earlier today and to my other MYA friends who have helped me come back with a vengeance over the past three months after my bypass surgery in mid-March.0 -

I'm sorry.....I have been keeping track on paper here at home, but I keep forgetting to post this on here! Please add another 14.6 miles for me Dinos this week. (so far anyhow!)
I had 47.6 miles before I added the 14.6......
I'm almost at my goal....gonna push myself a little though...it is almost at the end of the month!0 -
