    ohh, you guys are soo much healthier than I; I had :: 2 pancakes, 5 crispy bacon slices, and sugar free maple syrup, with a cup of tea & splenda...:grumble: even though i'm trying to loose weight, I have horrible eatin tendencies, and its as if I can't stop.. :grumble:

    Water (I had to start putting "water" into my food log to remind me to drink it)

    That cinnamon roll oatmeal sounds great. I need to look for that at the store.

    Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries with vanilla yogurt. Fibre 1 with vanilla Almond Breeze.

    1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal with 7 walnut halves, 1 apple chopped up, and a 1/2 cup of skim milk. Microwave it all together, and it tastes delicious! :)

    I had 2 whole eggs, 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup milk (mixed 1/3 cup with the brown rice with cinnamon and Splenda...yummy oats alternative), and coffee.

    1 piece of organic WW toast with walden farms jelly on it and a serving of bcaa. 130 cals and I workout after breakfast.:cry:

    :laugh: I guess I do the egg white and not the whole second egg so I can have those calories in my coffee creamer that I love so much!!!!!! I'm not anti-egg yolk, I just thought I'd move the calories around.

    Perfect weather for hot cereal--We do have to order the rye cereal from the internet. You can get a variety at Whole Foods.

    Oh no, I was talking to OP...she just had the two whites. A white only contains half the protein, none of the fat, and very little nutrients compared to the yolk. :smile:

  • 1 slice of whole wheat toast with blackberry jam
    2 cups of coffee so far..........
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters mixed with sauteed garlic, onions, mushrooms and spinach
    Nutrisystem double chocolate muffin
    coffee (no cream or sugar)

    Great thread. Gives me some new food ideas. :)
