Seriously don't know what to do!

I've lost 15 pounds since Valentine's day with the Atkins diet but now that I'm off of it and am trying to eat healthy and actually exercise regularly I just can't seem to lose weight.. can I lose more? Was it the diet? I just need advice and help and friends with support because I have 15 pounds left and it seems impossible :/

    Sounds like a plateau. Try changing things up! Your body is probably immune to what you've been doing. I just friended you, so we'll get through this together!

    Thank you! That's what I thought. Like with Atkins I basically never exercised and now I do at least an hour a day -_-

    I agree. Your body could be hitting a plateau and in that case you would want to change things up. How much protein are you eating at each meal?
