    YES! I found someone else that calls them "BAT WINGS". Thought i was going crazy..This is a huge problem for me too..def have to try some of the advice here.

    I second the 30 Day Shred suggestion. I am 12 days in have lost 1.5 inches off both arms. My triceps are noticeably tighter.

    I did NO workout routines of ANY kind before starting this (though my jobs are on the physically demanding side) and I did just fine. I was able to move on from level 1 after 10 days like suggested. Don't let JM scare you -- just do modified push ups or wall push ups.

    Also -- you literally do push ups for 1.5 minutes of push ups -- and that is broken up into 2 different sessions. Level two has a walking push up, but the modified version doesn't include the press.
