I don't see a lot of fresh veggies or fruit? I only looked in your past week... Hopefully I chose the wrong one to lurk in...LOL. I dislike doing so, but I also like the same help from time to time. Good Luck with your goals.0

Looks good to me. Another Costco shopper I see! It looks like you forgot to log some meals yesterday.
I just glanced at a week or so. Why were you aiming to eat so high before, like goals of around 1950? Is that to 'eat back' exercise on those days?0 -
Looks good. Stay with as many non processed foods as you can. Opt for a fresh apple or some grapes rather than the Gatorade chews. Take in lots of veggies. You've got lots of whole grains, too! I always suggest looking at myplate.gov for portion sizes. They've got great charts for how many fruits, veggies, protein, etc by age groups. I love that the calories come out to about what I should have in a day--funny how that works! Feel free to add me!0

I eat between 1400 and 1500 calories a day. I normaly burn between 500 and 700 from my workouts. I use a HRM. I workout 5-6 days a week0

The Gatorade chews give me so much energy I run about 5 miles 4 days a week.0
