    A Latecomer, and a newbie to routine cycling, as I used to be a runner, but alas knee surgery and run no more .... but I need to increase the 'miles' - kilometres actually ... as a Canadian, since I plan to ride 76km inSeptember.

    so ...
    June 4 - stationary bike - 5kms ( 1km = 0.621371192 miles) = 3.1 miles
    June 9 - 'long' ride 21kms = 13.0 miles
    June 11 - cycle to work 5kms + 3kms = 8kms or 5.0 miles

    June 12 - cycle 10.5km = 6.5mi
    June 14 - 26.5km (long ride done as 9 + 17.5 - just realized .....1/2 marathon distance!!) = 16.5mi
    June 15 - 9.5km = 5.9mi
    TOTAL so far = 50/100!!! Half way there .... Now if I could figure out how to measure the 'off' days circuit training!!

    June 16 - swim 800 metres = 0.5miles
    June 17 - stationary bike = 13km = 8.1 miles
    June 18 = 10.5km = 6.5 miles
    June 19/20 = circuit training ... can't really meaure miles :)
    June 21 cycle 10km = 6.2 miles
    June 24 = 13.5km = 8.4 miles
    June 25 = 10km = 6.2 New TOTAL = 85.9 miles/100 .... thinking I'll get there! Thanks for this challenge! Has been excellent to try and keep me motivated!
