I'm 5'9.5 CW: 219.5lbs GW: 175-165lbs0 -
I'm 5'10", my start weigh was 227, my Current Weight is 154 and my goal weight is 145-150 but I could be happy right here at 154 too.0

next goal: 170 ( a healthy BMI)
I want to get down to 160 and then I'll see what size I am at that weight. I'm slowing down weight loss now and focusing on getting tone and fit. It's taking the numbers longer to come down now, but I'm happy with the results I'm seeing.0 -

I'm 5'10, 22, and roughly 155-160 pounds (my apartment complex gym doesn't have a scale. I will have to officially weigh in when summer semester is over). I'm hoping to be around 1350

I'm 5'11", with a large frame (6.75" wrist). I'm 235 right now (down 18 pounds in 7 weeks!!! and my ultimate goal is 180. I've always been big, and want to be able to maintain it, so I'm not going for the 150's or anything like that.0

Current Weight is 300 size 20/22
First Goal is 230 or a size14/16 and when I get there I will decide where to go from there.
I was 173 with 8.2% BODY FAT PERCENTAGE before kids, I was a size 6/8 depending on the pants.
The losest I ever would want to be is 180. I think a size 10-12 is about as small as my frame can get and still look healthy.0 -
I'm 5'11, seven inch wrist and 223 pounds. I did a fat analysis test and it said my healthy range starts at 207 and that with my large frame I should never go below 170. I'd like to get that re-tested though because that just still seems high..
what analysis did you use did it take all your measurements or just wrists.
&what size r u if you didnt mind me asking they say sizes normaly drop by 20lbs
so figure 1 size per every 20lbs you lose0 -

I'm 5"11, and currently about 86 kg (189lb apparently), but when I was at 68kg (about 150 lb so they tell me) about 1.5 yrs ago, I was really unhealthy, only eating like once a day........I can't imagine being any smaller than I was then?0 -
I think it really depends on the build of your body. I know quite a few ladies who are about 5'10 and look beautiful at 180 pounds but I tend to look a bit chubby at 150. That said, being 135-140 would probably sit just fine on my frame.0

It just depends on her body frame I have a friend that is 5'10 with a small frame and she looks healthy and beautiful @ a size 0-3 and with my large frame anything under a size 8- or 160 lbs makes me look ill & Unhealthy.0 -
I'm 6ft and 163. Ultimately I'd like to be between 155-160.
How do you tell if you have a small or large frame? I just measured my wrist at 6"0 -

5'9.5, large frame. CW 240, GW 180. P.S.- Happy to see a "tall girls" thread...also think it's cool how many of us have different body types and shapes. I'm pretty skinny at a fit 180. We'll see how maintaining that works!0

5'10" 265 Want to weigh 175ish. anybody know any good inexpensive home videos that I could buy like at Walmart or Target? Thinking-BEGINNER!!! Seriously, my knees hurt from hauling me around ANd this 1800 calories a day is KILLING me. I want my food and I want it now. I am 47. Thanks.0

Currently 5'9'', weigh 159. My goal is 145-150, but I have stalled and have not lost any weight for two weeks even though I've been diligent (which is hard, I only get 1150 calories w/o a workout). I may start doing the 30 Day Shred by Jillian MIchaels, it's an *kitten* kicker.0
