This is SO easy and always a hit! It's also fun to watch people's faces when you tell them how to make it...Blows their minds!

Mix and bake according to box directions in 13x9 pan:
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in natural juice, no sugar added
1 box dry angelfood cake mix (Don't add any of the other listed ingredients on the box.)

    Let it cool.

Top with a layer of fat free/sugar free vanilla pudding. (I use a little less milk to make it thicker.)
Top pudding with a layer of light cool whip. (About one container)
Top with berries. (I used strawberries, blackberries and blueberries)

Adults, kids, healthy eaters, not-so-healthy eaters ALL loved this!

    Sounds yummy.

I have made a similar version of this. Make the cake the same way but for the topping just cover with cool whip and toasted coconut. Now you have a Pina Coloda Cake :)
