Just wanted to say thanks to the OP. I tried these pancakes and LOVE them. I have eaten them for breakfast the last 3 days after my workout. So good, and SO filling. I tweaked the recipe a tiny bit. I used 6T of liquid eggs (will probably use regular eggs just because I need the extra calories and have them in the fridge now.), 2 packets of cinnamon high fiber oatmeal (uncooked) and added a splash of sugar free vanilla creamer. I didn't use the cinnamon because of the flavoring in the oatmeal but did use the sugar. Tasted really good. I also just use some PB and a little bit of jelly on them instead of syrup. Thanks, again.0
