    I posted another photo about in the middle of this thread. Not sure what happened, but here's another.

    Displayed on an 8" paper plate. They really are pretty big.

    Oh, yeah. I made these again, this time I used some mini-semi sweet chocolate chips and put enough to get one in each bite. They taste even better for just a few calories more. Check your chocolate chip package to account for extra calories.

    Sounds great - any ideas how many actual eggs this would be?

    I think a whole egg =1/4 cup, or you could just use egg whites from whole eggs until you get 3/4 cup.
