    I needed to see this. You are doing so awesome! I have been falling off that wagon so much and barely holding on. I am struggling so bad.     You go you strong woman you!! I started my journey at 304 and I'm 281 now..I am like you I'm SHOCKED that I'm doing it some days. I went for a run(slow jog) the other day and was so freaking excited when I did 3 miles..I walked/jogged but I jogged..lol. I was stunned that I was able to do it. It's the little things that I am enjoying so much that I can do now like walking around in the stores without having to go somewhere and push a cart. I can walk into walmart and get what I need without pushing a cart. I can just go in and walk around..it's amazing..I feel like I have been in prison and have been let free...I can do things now that I haven't been able to do in YEARS! Congrats to you...we can do this..it will take a little while but you have SO GOT THIS!!

    YOU are the type of person that inspires me to continue with my own journey. I may not have as much body weight to loose as you, but i have my own challenges in my journey. Thank you so very much for having the courage to tell your story AND show pictures. It will help so many more people then you realize, and you look AMAZING!

    I am really excited for you! You have no idea how good you are going to feel when you go to try on new clothes. I am especially excited for you to find out how it feels to be able to bend over and tie your shoes with ease, and play with your daughters without getting out of breadth! Great job!
