Excited to start the new challenge and end the last one with a bang! The last challenge made the past 20lbs seem to slide off so fast and easy. I'm hoping its the same with this one! Hopefully we can all reach our goals this challenge!0

I'm sooo excited about this that I had to share it! I hope she won't mind but this is one of our members of this challenge. She is also in our last challenge that is finishing up on July 2nd. This is a before and after picture of what she accomplished during that one challenge only. She did fantastic!! Motivation, people!! For me too!

So just to be sure, what happens next, we post our start weight on the 2nd, and then try our bests, with our own methods and come back report numbers on the next weigh in. Am I missing anything,? I am so excited for this challenge. I had lost 19 pounds...then I fell off the wagon and I gained back 15 of them. This challenge is my way of kicking down the door and saying, I am back and ready to rumble!!!!0

Kristen, I had to change some numbers....seems I'm going backwards and I'm not sure why. I'll weigh in tomorrow before I leave for California for vacation. I'm pretty sure the weight will go up while I'm away, but I hope that it will really motivate me to work hard to reverse the trend. I'm meeting with my trainer after I come back for a double session, so we can really look at my food and macros. I think that is where most of my problem is. I know I'm working out enough. Thanks again for doing the challenge! I really need some help and accountability!!
