Eat the whole egg, darnit!
I had 2 whole eggs, 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup milk (mixed 1/3 cup with the brown rice with cinnamon and Splenda...yummy oats alternative), and coffee.
 I guess I do the egg white and not the whole second egg so I can have those calories in my coffee creamer that I love so much!!!!!! I'm not anti-egg yolk, I just thought I'd move the calories around.
Oh no, I was talking to OP...she just had the two whites. A white only contains half the protein, none of the fat, and very little nutrients compared to the yolk.0 -

I recently found out i'm gluten intolerant so i've been pretty creative with my breakfasts recently... I made a "fruit salad cereal" this morning.. it was delicious!!!
1/2 sliced banana
1/4 chopped apple
4-5 sliced small strawberries
1/4 cup gluten free oats (not cooked)
handful of sliced almonds
handful of raisins
3/4 cup silk light vanilla soy milk
sprinkle of cinnamon
IT WAS SO GOOD!!! You obviously could switch up the fruit to your liking and use any kind of milk you'd like... might be one of my new favorites!0 -
