If you have tried to add me as a friend, and I haven't responded or declined, please don't feel bad. Between all the work of getting this challenge off the ground, finishing up the last challenge, taking care of my granddaughter for almost a month, etc. I have been a terrible friend to the ones I already have. :-( Before all this, I was on vacation for two weeks. So they've had very little support, from me, for AWHILE. I just don't want to add more friends, for a little while. After we get to know each other better would work for me. In the meantime, I will do my best to be supportive here.0

I'm setting my goal at 12 lbs which may be a little too much of a challenge for me. I'm training for a half marathon in October as well as doing eat more to lose weight so I might not average 1 lbs a week. I'm getting very close to being within 20 lbs of my GW though over the last 4 weeks I lost 5 lbs. I will attempt all the challenges and see how I do.
I weigh in on Thursday or Fridays so I will post in advance of Monday if that is okay.
