    I am a mother of 3 year old twins. I was completely lazy up until my kids were about a year and a half. I was so depressed and completely disgusted with myself. I decided it was time for a change. Below is my progress thus far. 105 pounds down. If I can do it, anyone can!

    You look awesome! You can tell in the before picture that you were unhappy and in your after picture you are glowing. You look s much happier! Congrats!! :)

    How do you tighten the skin around the belly button area after kids? I've only had 1 son but I'm so embarrassd of my stomach. I dont even like changing in front of my fiance although he says he loves me just the way i am. All of these before and after pics are so inspiring I hope I can look as good and be as successful as everyone on here!

    well here is one extreme to another lol.... I was around 195ishhh when full blown pregnant...

    I kept on a lot of that weight for awhile...When my son turned 18 months I decided I needed a change! I was still at 176...

    I started eating healthy, working out, and working my asssss off! Now im at around 148, I am still working on losing another 10 :)

    Thanks for your inspiration! I am too 5'4" and 41 (restarted MFP at 208). I just started up after getting off the program after losing 13lbs then gaining the weight plus 2 pounds. I really needed to see your pics. Again, THANKS FOR POSTING!

    Here's my latest: I'm 5'2, started in the upper 160s, maybe 170 (inset pic, don't I look just so happy?), am weighing in at 143 right now, hoping to end around 125-130 but we'll see when I get there. I've gone from a 14/16 to an 8. I carry most of my weight in my lower body. I have two little boys, a five year old and my baby just turned two last week.

    What a bummer I labeled the photo and it doesn't show.
    Anyhow my before photo I am at 168lbs it was taken 12/2010
    My after (really during) photo was taken yesterday, I currently weigh 123 lbs.
