5'3"ish here, aiming for 140ish. I am an hourglass with some T&A going on, and I think I'd look ridiculous much lighter. I weighed in the mid 150s last summer, and I was VERY happy with how I looked:
Most people guessed I weighed A LOT less than I did. Goes to show that numbers mean very little.0 -

I'm 5' 5.5" and ideally I'd like to be anywhere between 125 and 130, I'm pear shaped though so I think the smaller size might look better on me. I have no idea. It really depends where and when I'm happiest. If I still feel too wide, then I'll go down the 122, but I think I'll be pretty happy around 128 or 130.0

I'm 5'4", and I plan to get down to 120 or at least 130 before I decide to build up a little bit muscle.
Right now, I am down to 147 and about halfway there.0 -
I am 5'3" and 115. I would be happier at 110 and toned. I have a very small frame. To give you an idea of how small; my wedding ring is a size 4.25.0
-
I'm 5'4" and my GW is 150-160. I'm curvy so losing more than that I don't think would fit my frame.0

im 5ft4.5 and am currently 115 lbs, at my lighest last year I was 108 but I looked very skinny and got a bit carried away with losing weight i think!! unfortunately i have a very straight up and down figure no curves at all (thanks mum!!) so even when i put on weight it just goes around my middle ;( i don't really care how much i weigh i just want to be strong, healthy and toned!!! and some new boobs would be lovely!!!!0

I'm 5'3" and currently weigh around 125-30 pounds. I would be wonderfully happy to get down to 120 asap. Any hints, advice or anything is greatly appreciated! ^-^0

I'm 5'4" and my current weight is 144. Goal weight is currently 135. At my heaviest my weight was around 180. And then I got down to 129 , but in unhealthy, nonsustainable ways (reason I ended up at 150 recently). Being in the 120's and lower just doesn't seem attainable for my build. I just want to be healthy, with healthy habits. I tend to get obsessed w/ the scale for no good reason. I think for some people even when you get down low, it's never enough if you don't have a healthy state of mind. So I am trying to re-train my brain.0
