I'm 5ft 3 in and my first goal is 155lbs, once I get there I will review as I was 114lbs when I was 18. Looking at body simulators, 114 looks way too small!0

Mine is anything below 140
I have a very small frame. I can't even claim my weight is due to big bones. lol
I am small framed too. 115 is really low for 5'5", IMHO and you're definitely in the right to feel out what's right for you.

Hi! I'm barely 5'3". My starting weight on MFP was 189, currently 174 and goal weight is 130.0

i'm 5'5'' and weight is just under 175......I am 41 yrs. old and want to hit 145lbs. Any tips on how to loose better after age 40? I just had my baby #5 at age 40 and the weight wants to stick around.0

My goal is to get to 135-140 pounds. It will take a while, but the pounds have been shedding off with the Atkins program that I'm on, and I've lost 26 pounds in 35 days. I also have gained more muscle mass, and will continue that. Then I will, of course, maintain my weight by exercising a little every day.0

Hi I am 48 years old 5ft 3 1/2 medium/small frame and apple shape current weight is 136lb and goal is 130 I am a nice size 10 uk but would love to be a size 8 again. So far I have lost 15lb

I shrank! Doc just weighed and measured................not quite 5'4". I have not lost weight for such a long long time that I am afraid to make the goal too low fearing that I won't get there. "Loose" goal right now from present weight is 145 - 155.0

I'm 5'4 and I started at 95kg (209.43lb) at the moment I am 89.2kg (196.65lb)
My first goal is to get to 65kg (143.30lb) and then see how I feel about myself there.
If I do need to go smaller I think my absolute minimum is 55kg (121.25lb)0 -
I am 5'4 and my starting weight in May of this year was 190 lbs, I am now at 176 lbs. My goal weight is 145 lbs but I will see as I go along really all depends on how I feel.

I lost 18 pounds on WW and have plateaued since April!! Ready to get rid of the last 14 for good. Ain't nothing to it but to do it ladies!0 -
I'm 5'4", and my initial goal is 130. I am currently 142. When I reach that goal, I might want to get a little lighter, like 120-125, but I think it will depend on how much muscle I gain from my workouts! I've been 118, but I had no muscle tone and I don't think I was very healthy. So once I reach 130, I'll just listen to my body and go from there! I am 5'4" and an very blessed in the chest area due to having my son. So Im not quite sure what will look right on me. Idealy I want to be at 125-130 with muscle. It just even now at 157 and size 36E chest I am starting to look a little top heavy. I have no idea how to fix this problem. Any suggestions would help greatly.0

I am 35 years old, 5'4" and currently 187 lbs. I was 220 at my heaviest and in the two teens when I started this journey on MFP. I haven't set an exact number but I think some where between 125 and 130. If I like where I am before then I feel healthy and confident I will stop. If I get there and feel the need to go further, I'll reevaluate. This isn't so much about a number or a size for me as it is being healthy. I got busy and let myself go and was running the risk of several family health issues. A heredity heart issue was a wake up call and my husband who started this journey before me my inspiration. He got me started.0

My goal is 130 for now, i think i was in grade 7 when i was that tiny. i do have a decent amount of muscle right now and large boobs so i know that i may be happy being above 130, or want to lose more. im open to cganging my goal weight.0

You can do it! I was a bit heavier than you when I started and close to your height. I've lost down to 187 and feel great. I've been at this around 95 days now. I just wanted to encourage you. I know how easy it is to get discouraged. The day I climbed on the scales and was hundred 200 I nearly cried. Let me know when you get there and I will do a happy dance with you :bigsmile:
