I'm 5'4 and my goal is to reach an 80cm (31.5") waist.
Currently I'm at 92 cm (36").
In terms of weight, my first goal is 75kg (about 165 lb I think) then I'll reassess. Currently I'm at 79 kg (174 lb)0 -

I am also 5"3 and currently at 200.8pd. Would love to be 145pd or under. Will see how my body reacts to the weight loss before I take it any further. My goal is to fit into a size 12 instead of my current size 18-20.0

Hello I am 5'3" I am currently over 200lbs I was 120 in high school and that was perfect although the calculated wt on mfp is 124 for me! I could settle for that!0

I am 5'4" and have a goal of 150. I am going to get there and assess from there. I am 45. My daughter is 5'3" and when she was in high school she got down to 115 when she was at a summer cheerleading camp and at her school physical they told her she was too thin... she maintains 125-135 and carries that well. I think you should not go by weight alone but by physical stuff as well. I think you should put the scale aside and decide if you are satisfied with what yu can do at the gym and what you see in the mirror.0

Hi, not sure how this works ? We seem to have similar stats so I am interested in what you have set for your weekly goal. I entered the recommended 1 lb a wk but I have to admit feel like I should have entered 2? Thoughts from anyone having success with same. Thanks.0

hi. Just joined this. Fed up with WW and SW and everything like that. Thought I'd try this instead - recommended by a mate. I'm 5 ft 3 and have put in 140lbs as my goal - though its a long way off at the minute! mini goals to start I think! Need to loose 26lbs. Off out for a walk now - good luck all0

I'm 5'4". My SW was 187 lbs, CW is now 182 lbs, and my GW is 120 lbs. I got up to 202 lbs when I was pregnant with my son and after he was born the weight just stayed there. I was around 190 lbs I think. Before I got pregnant I was around 160 lbs. So I'm hoping to achieve this goal to better my self and to be more energized for the sake of my son and husband.0

I'm 5'3 and im goal is 140-135.... I think anything less than that will be too skinny for me. I would like to keep my curves aka my booty, lol0 -
I'm 5'3.5" (gotta get that .5" in there! LOL), almost 41 years old, and have a ridiculously small frame. My CW is 122.5 and my goal weight is around 110ish. I am strength training three times per week and doing cardio/prepping for a 5K six days per week. I take one day off per week to rest.0

I'm 5'5" ish and just turned 40 this year. My stats: SW 177 (after pregnancy weight settled Max was 209), CW 162, GW 140.
Hopefully by Thanksgiving or Christmas, I'll be in the 140s and at my goal by my baby's first birthday Feb 2013.

I'm 5'3" and weigh 202 lbs. My starting weight this go round was 207. My long term goal is 135. I've gotten down to 160 before, 9 years ago I went from 225 to 160. It felt great, but I still had some weight to lose in order to be healthy. Although I'd be so happy to get back to 160. I gained most of it back after having babies and falling off the discipline wagon. It's amazing at how easy it is to go back to mindless eating, and then how hard it is to get back into the habit of keeping track of what you eat.0

I'm 5'4, 5'5 on a good day lol. CW 205, but I'm looking to be around 150 and then go from there. If I want to be thinner when I get there I think I'll go for it. But yea, I don't remember the last time I weighed 150. So right now my goal is to get bak in the ONE hundreds0

I am shorter, 5'2" but I wanted to chime in. I currently am 128, my goal is 115. When I was 18, I weighed 112, and that was my heaviest before I gained all this weight, so i think 115 is great!0
