      You look really pretty, you did before too, but you look nice and that dress really shows off your curves girlfriend!! Good job, my sister and i are trying. I lost 17LBS so far so hopefully i will get that way soon! I started the 30 day shred today, day 2 tomorrow, so make sure ya do it too lol!!! congrats :)

      GREAT JOB! And thank you...you just took me back to high school and the first time I fit into size 13/14s after being an 18 in 8th grade. And talking about running that mile. When I was obese I had a very supportive gym teacher and the first time I ran it in under 12 minutes she made me feel so good about it. I will never forget her for that!

      well there is some hope for me yet...like you WERE i am in a size 24 and after awhile it gets to be downright embarrassing...i started this journey may 29 and i intend to see it out...but you are truly amazing PHAT...SO pretty, hot, and tempting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! keep up the great work!

      Sweetheart you look AMAZING and we can all tell from your enthusiasm and excitement that you have gained countless benefits from starting this program. I continue to wish you look to keep going, be as healthy as you can and keep inspiring others!!

      I just have one question...

      In the beginning, when you were starting and maybe even some times in the middle, did you feel like you were not losing weight at all? Like the scales were not reflecting your hard work? And when/if that happened, what did you do to motivate yourself to keep going?
