I'm in! My dream goal is 280 by 8/4/12 (100 ponds in 1 year) but I know it's not realistic. However, I'll take it if it comes. I also am starting a 30 day Shred challenge tomorrow morning so it should help with all goals. Good luck everyone!! Weigh in day for me is really everyday but I will log on Saturday mornings for this challenge.

I hit my "goal weight" two months ago and have since started to fall back into bad habits.
We are moving (the 2nd of July actually!) and I have serious stress eating tendencies.
I've been trying to keep them under control and even went for a run this morning but with
summer vacation for my daughter I haven't been getting to the gym and we'll be visiting
family in Texas for the last part of July - I really need to have a way to keep tabs on myself.
Please feel free to add me and yell at me if I'm not doing well at our check in's
