UGW: 140 or 135, we'll see how I feel about it when I get to 140. I'm going to try a lot more toning when I get there, and if I decide that the toning isn't enough I'll continue on to 135, but nothing lower.

Perfect mid-summer strategy! My starting weight over 12 years ago was 191ish and joined WW off and on. Since regaining my weight after my last "off program" I have been going to WW consistantly once per week as a lifetimer for the last 6 years. Two years to get off the weight, three maintaining at goal, and this past year I have been creeping up (medicine changes, lost motivation). This website is the best motivation I've had all year even though I STILL go to WW every week. I am determined and dedicated.

UGW would be 135 but at 52 and 5'4" (for me) that is very difficult to maintain. I'd be happy with a BMI below 24.
Let's not forget activity and muscle. I'm very active so therefore sometimes measurements are more important than the above.
