    I didn't make my June running goal (thanks to starting a new job), so I'll readjust for July. I'll aim for 45 running miles and 30 miles on the elliptical.

    July 1 - 2.6 miles (elliptical).

    I'll add the ticker later.

    I love this idea!! I'm a newbie but have been walking/jogging since June. I will keep my same goal of 60 miles for July since I'll be vacationing for a week! Thanks for helping to keep us motivated!! :)

    Ok, SInce I am new at this and way out of shape, I am going to start with 30 miles. That's one mile a day. I surely can handle that.

    I would like to join with a goal of 100 miles for July. I will use a pedometer to track INSANITY and MapMyRun for jogging. Hoping this ticker works!

    Is it too late to join? I will make 80 miles my goals goal for July. I did 108 miles of June walk challenge in another challenge but I had no time for other exercises. So this time I will walk/jog miles so I have time left for another workout routine. I will create my ticker later today.

  • July goal is 75 miles. Should be interesting. I'm an out of shape newbie who came up with 75 miles based on thinking this was a 90-day venture. What the hey. I'll go for 75.
