    I didn't quite make it to goal for the challenge, but I am sooo happy with where I ended up. I am 18 pounds down from 12 weeks ago and now weigh less than I did before I got pregnant. I also started running and am eating much better than I use to. I am well on my way to being a better, healthier role model for my daughter.

    And a big huge NSV for me this morning, I managed to run over 2 miles this morning and the only hard part was the hill back to my parents.

    Good luck to everyone with their last weigh in of the challenge. Even if your weight isn't where you want it to be, give yourselves a pat on the back for making it through all 12 weeks.

    I'm sure I just posted this but it disappeared or maybe I am going crazy. Well I am disappointed I gained in my last week. This week I have been calorie zigzagging from a post I saw a few weeks ago and my average for the week is worked out at 1800...I think I will try 2000 cals each day again or maybe zig zag around this number and see if that makes a change since the workouts I'm doing now are so intense that maybe I am not eating enough. I started a new workout program this week and I can already see changes so that's good enough for me :D I have only lost 2lbs for this challenge but I have lost 9 inches so that's made me happy :D I've loved this challenge with everyone and thanks so much to Kristen for putting so much time into it! Good luck everyone and I hope to see most of you in the other challenge.

    I'm sorry, as your host, that I wasn't a good example with weight loss. Out of the four challenges that I've hosted, this is the first one that I haven't lost some decent weight. :-( This is how I looked at first:

    Current Weight: 132.2
    Challenge Goal Weight: 128

    04/09: 132.2
    04/16: 134.4 (enjoyed Easter food a little too long)

    then I went on vacation for two weeks (5/21 - 6/4) and had a hard time recommitting for the two weeks after that! Part of my problem during this challenge (My sister! and...) is that I like the way I look in clothes now and I'm pretty happy where I'm at. Feeling/thinking like that, it is hard to change. But my mind also wants to have a number on the scale in the 120s and I really would like to be firmer. For our next challenge, that's what I'm going to work on. I want to get to 128. I want to get firmer. I'm committing here to take my measurements today and again at the end of our "Ready to Rock it" challenge. If I don't accomplish both, I'd rather (at this point in my weight loss journey) have smaller measurements and, at least, be back at my pre-vacation weight.

    Kristen I think you look great! I saw your before and after face shots before I can't remember which post it was on but its such a difference and you are an inspiration! You manage to reply to everyones posts and thats dedication so thanks for being an amazing host :D

    I love that attitude, and it hits home with me because you are so right!!! So many times in the past I have given up when the going got tough and found out that did not work for me. The weight came back on (big surprise). Our bodies seem to be strange creatures sometimes, but I truely believe that if we stay the course our bodies will eventually cooperate too. So all that to say - Way to go for sticking with the challenge!!!!:flowerforyou:

    I was down to 166, but went to a birthday party yesterday and had one too many cookies and chips. This week will probably not be great for me as it's my birthday week but I'll try my hardest to stay on track.     This was a rough time for me. A shoulder injury followed by problems with my knees really impacted my motivation and weight loss. I am so looking forward to the new challenge. I weighed in last night for that challenge because I wanted to make sure I got my weigh in numbers in for the start. The good news is that this morning, I was down another 1.5 pounds from yesterday..hope I keep going in this direction. See you in the next challenge!!
